This class is a condensed version of the 8 week class. We will cover the same material over a shorter period of time.
In this 5 week course we take a close look at the science behind our thoughts and emotions. We explore resilience, forgiveness, gratitude, self love, intuition and setting intentions that are aligned with how we truly want to feel
In this 6 week class parent and child will have the opportunity to learn mindfulness together. We practice a new topic and meditation each week and also create a craft in each class.
In this 4 week class we will explore how mindfulness can assist with anxiety, boost confidence and compassion and learn mindful ways to navigate social media.
In this workshop you will be guided in a meditation to help you get clear on what intentions and goals you want to set. You will create a beautiful vision board with clippings from magazines to bring your intentions to life.
